Everything Claude Code (ECC)

An open-source agent skill system that runs the same operators across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini, Zed and Copilot.

What it is

ECC is an open-source (MIT) agent control system: dozens of operators and hundreds of skills, slash commands for planning, TDD, review, quality gates, security scanning and multi-agent work; a hook system with runtime profiles; AgentShield security auditing; and an evolving control-plane.
